Students enrolled in online certificate, diploma, or degree programs may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on the timeline of cancellation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to finance@eduvarsity.edu within the stipulated period of 7 days from signing up for the service.
Application fees, examination fees, registration charges, and any digital study material costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Send an email to our registered email with the subject "Refund Request – [Student ID]". Include reasons for withdrawal and bank details. Refunds are processed within 30 business days after approval.
In case of course cancellation by Enroll India, students receive a full refund of all program fees paid. Medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation. however, administrative charges are deducted.
